Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux

Overview

Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux, founding president of Notus Technologies, president of the Mouvement des Entreprises de France.

Born in 1962, married and father of 4 children.

A graduate of ESSEC and with a post-graduate diploma (DESS) from Dauphine in 1984, Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux did his national service in the Special Forces (Marine Commandos) with which he was active in Africa and Lebanon. He is now a captain in the reserves.

After 10 years with the L'Oréal group, Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux set up The Phone House, the first chain of shops dedicated to mobile phones. In 2004, he set up the company Omea Telecom (Virgin mobile), which launched the first alternative mobile operator before setting up the Notus group, of which he is currently president, in 2015.

President of the association Croissance Plus from 2005 to 2008, he was president of Unédic from 2008 to 2010 and vice-president of the Mouvement des Entreprises de France from 2013 to 2018 before becoming its president in July 2018.

Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux is a Knight of the Legion of Honour and an Officer of the National Order of Merit.
